Who is Sam?

“You may say life is not fair, but your attitude is, you have the ability to choose thoughts that can lead to positive successful living, or choose a negative nothing.”

– Sam McWayne

Who is Sam?

Long before the author known as Sam McWayne became a Speaker and Entrepreneur he was born in the suburb of Cleveland Heights, Ohio in 1975; from which his childhood comfort-zone was shattered as he became the forbearer of a broken and divided household. This experience incorporated with the public school indoctrination system challenged Sam to re-evaluate his educational disposition. Years later, upon adulthood and gradual observation he learned the most pervasive result of education was to demystify and undo the deception; whereby 12 plus years of schooling had not prepared him for life upon High School graduation.

Upon a closer analysis, he recognized himself being bound by his past by not having aunts, uncles, grandparents, in-laws and extended family to serve as a reflection of T.L.C. (Tender, Love, and Care). Such hiatus motivated Sam to become a proud family man; by which he could instill, invest, encourage, and experience positive values in his life and the lives of others. Since then, Sam has dedicated his life to creating and protecting educational value in the face of change and transition.

Sam McWayne trumpets the paramount importance of educational change; to embrace change and do more with less. History is proof that success is not about resources; it’s about being resourceful and creative. Sam solidifies, nurtures, and cultivates the only CONSTANT in this world-CHANGE. To become teachable; live life without limits; make a difference in the lives of others; NOT to allow others to define who you are.

Meanwhile he enjoys spare time activities like, reading; writing; yachting; fishing; cooking; cycling; dancing; exercising; and intellectual conversations. It is Sam’s belief that “true success is measured in how well you relate to everything around you, EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE.” Discovering your own thoughts, values, and beliefs can be a revitalizing experience, leading to one’s true potential.
